Shipping Policy

DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY (MUST READ)

GrandLiving Luxe provides delivery to the following metropolitan areas: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, and the Gold Coast.

A delivery service fee of $99–$249 applies within Sydney, depending on your location. For other cities, please contact our sales team at grandlivingluxe@gmail.com for a same-day delivery quote and availability.

We also offer assembly and packaging removal services within Sydney for a service fee of $99.

⚠️ Please note: our service does not include electrical installation of lighting products or hanging of mirrors.

 

If your order includes both In Stock and Pre-Order items and you would like to receive the in-stock items first, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Please also be aware that stair access, limited access, or other on-site delivery challenges may incur extra charges.

 

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date. If you have special requests or accessibility concerns, please inform us during this process.

 

Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery or within 7 days. If no issue is reported during this time, GrandLiving Luxe will consider the items delivered in good order, and no claims for damages or defects will be accepted afterward.

📦 Redelivery fees apply for any missed delivery appointments.

 

Please note: All orders must be paid in full before delivery can be arranged.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and stock availability. In-stock orders are generally delivered within:

Sydney: 1–2 weeks

Other major cities: 2–4 weeks

If you need urgent delivery or want to confirm timeframes, please contact us for a precise estimate.

WAREHOUSE COLLECTION

Customers may choose to collect their order from our Sydney warehouse by prior arrangement. If you wish to self-collect, please let us know when placing your order.

Products must be inspected upon pickup. Once collected, items will be considered received in good condition and will not be eligible for later claims.
