WARRANTY
All products purchased from GrandLiving Luxe are covered by a 12-month warranty covering defective materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
This warranty and refund policy applies to orders delivered within Australia only.
REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not provide change of mind refunds or exchanges. We are confident that all products viewed on the GrandLiving Luxe website are accurate representations of the actual product and that you will be delighted with your order once received.
Please note that GrandLiving Luxe does not allow refunds or exchanges on customised products, clearance products, or floor stock products. All floor stock products are purchased in the condition they are displayed in, and the customer will be asked to sign a waiver at the time of sale confirming the same.
For all returns and exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition and with original packaging.
Please note that as many of our products are individually handcrafted, there may be variations in finish due to the unique nature of each piece. In some cases, slight differences in colour and finish may exist between photos shown on the website and actual products. These variations are not considered faults and are not grounds for refund or exchange.
