    All online orders are securely processed through a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant platform.Items with a lead time of 16 - 20 weeks or more can be ordered with a 30%-50% deposit, with the balance being payable before delivery.If you would like to order by deposit, please submit a product enquiry below or contact us for a deposit invoice.

    Shippment

    We provide delivery to most Sydney metro areas (postcodes 2000-2234) for a flat fee of $129.For other areas, please contact us for a quote and delivery estimate.Please note if your order includes both In Stock and Pre-Order items and you would like the In Stock items delivered first, there may be an additional delivery fee. 

     

    Stairs and other access issues during delivery may also incur an additional fee.Redelivery charges may apply for missed delivery appointments. If you have any special delivery requests or requirements (including specific delivery dates), please discuss this with our team.   

     

     

    Assembly

    Please note that many of our items require assembly.Items that require significant assembly include all display cabinets and large office desks. For these items, we recommend that assembly be done by an experienced furniture assembler or handyman.Beds, dining tables and coffee tables will also require basic assembly.

     

    For Sydney metro purchases (postcodes 2000-2234), we provide free assembly at time of delivery for purchases over $1,500.  For purchases under $1,500, assembly will be included within the $99 delivery fee.

     

    Please contact us if you require assembly outside Sydney metro. Alternatively, our assembly team can provide you with remote assistance via video call.
